PAYMENT PROCESSING and FRAUD

To further combat fraudulent transactions, orders that are high value, or have different shipping and billing addresses, may be flagged for further verification. If your order is flagged, a photo of the physical credit card and a photo ID will be requested and a sales receipt requiring a signature will be sent to you. These items will need to be provided prior to the order shipping. If your order is flagged and we don't receive a response from you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.  

SHIPPING

All orders over $50.00 ship for FREE via US Postal Service (First Class Package). You have to option to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight. We try to ship most orders out the next business day (dependent on product availability). If an order is back ordered or delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. We can partial ship your order or hold it until all your items become available. We make every attempt to ensure that the quantity levels listed on the site are accurate. Tracking information will be uploaded to the site and emailed to you as soon as the item is packaged for shipping.

If you absolutely need an item by a certain date, please contact us to verify availability and when the item will ship out.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping on our web site. You can visit our eBay store - stores.ebay.com/1110Gear - which offers most of our products available for international shipment.
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are confident that you'll be happy with our products, so much so that we offer a 100% No Risk Return Policy.

You can return any Eleven 10® Brand product to us within 14 days of puchase for a full refund including your shipping costs. Plus, we'll pay for the return shipping. This works if you aren't happy with the product, order the wrong version or style of somegthing, or if you just changed your mind. You must contact us prior to sending an item back for a return authorization.

Unfortunately, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS for medical devices including tourniquets, bandages, dressings, hemostatics, etc. Please do not include these items in your return shipment. You should expect to receive your refund within 1 to 2 weeks of us recieving the item back. All we ask is the reason you weren't happy with your purchase. To start the return process, you can login in to your account and use the returns section, or you can email us at info@1110Gear.com. Please include the order number in the email.

The return policy is for unused products. If you're product shows execessive signs of use or abuse, we reserve the right to not issue a refund and send the item back to you.
