Eleven 10 Products
Eleven 10® offers an 8% discount on agency purchases (over 10 pieces of an item) for all Eleven 10® Brand products. To qualify for the discount, an agency PO must be submitted and the product must be shipped to the agency address. We do offer a discount on most other brands we carry. This discount varies per manufacturer/product.
Payment for Agency purchases can be made with a credit card/check or we offer Net 30 terms. We may require a down payment or full payment prior to shipment on some products and depending on the quantity of the order. Some of our products are restricted for law enforcement/military purchase only. These products require verification of the person placing the order, and may also require shipment to the agency location.
If you need a formal estimate for a purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide one for you. We can also identity authorized dealers if your agency requires multiple bids. Some items are not available through our dealer network and we can provide a sole-source letter for these items.
If your agency is interested in obtaining Eleven 10® products for test and evaluation, complete the form below. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. A representative from Eleven 10® may contact the agency for confirmation. T&E Samples will only be shipped to an agency address and will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The T&E period is 20 days, after which the products must be returned to Eleven 10®. We ship all samples to you via UPS Ground and include a return shipping label.
Our T&E samples are meant to be tested and evaluated. Please don't worry about actually using and abusing the products. On the same token, the samples you receive may show signs of use.
The samples do not normally include medical devices. If your agency needs the tourniquets or medical contents, please make a note of that in the comments section.
