The Eleven 10® LOWRIDER TEMS First Line Pouch is designed to supplement what is carried in the TEMS First Line Pouch by offering additional capacity hanging below your armor. The original intent was to carry advanced airway and IV/IO access, but the pouch can be used to relocate the contents of the TEMS First Line Pouch. It releases from the vest using a FirstSpear TUBES® Fastener with a tactile pull tab for easy, fast removal. The pouch features a purpose built internal tray for absolute organization, 2 internal pockets (one windowed), an external 4-way stretch pocket, and an external elastic loop at the bottom of the pouch for a tourniquet. The internal tray can be easily swapped.
The mounting platform works with most cummerbund style vests or plate carriers.
